If we accept any late payment or partial payment, whether or not marked as payment in full or any other words of similar meaning, it will not affect the due date of any payment due under your loan agreement, it will not act as an extension of time or a waiver of any amount then remaining unpaid, it will not constitute an accord and satisfaction, and it will not affect any of our rights under your loan agreement including our right to declare the entire balance in your loan account to be due.
